The first thing that seems to be very crucial to be considered about the way of teaching is that the teacher should be an ideal person in the class,not pretending to be a good human, because the student would get the negative era easily.
The next thing that is worth to be mentioned is the parents' feed back,as they are the ones who do more care about the way of teaching. so you have to satisfied them!
