The main reason of the gap between generation because of the new technology,political differences,workplace behavior,age of consent.age of responsibility,the educational system.
I'm 26 years old and I have a sister who is 10 years younger than me,in second grade of high school.
My sister and I somties have such problems with our parents and also our grandmother that most them related to our difference between our generation and our thought about different situation.
For example during a week I'm so busy.I have to go to office and university so the only time that I can study my lesson is in the afternoon when I come back from office ; therefore,Idon't have enough time to see my frined or talk to them on the phone. So when I want to see them at weekend or go out for dinner with them, my parents expect I stay at home or go to any ceremony that they want to go and I have to explain for them that I prefer to spend my free time with my friend.
My younger sister has more problems with them specially with our grandmother about the clothes thet she want to wear or her make up.
I think that parents should let their children to experince new thing and different situation.They should only guidance them and let to use use their experince.So children chosse the better way of life by themselves with use their help.

I am not agree with you, because if all challenges that has emerged will be resolved with experience by children, throughout their life will be full of repeated experiences. And the next generation will have gone the same way that parents gone. So where is the role of experience transmission and cultural development to future generations?
پاسخحذفI think parents should be the correct way to transfer experience and learn the correct cultural way of transfer experience.
In which case parents will be satisfied of their experience that the price of their youth have gained to next generation and the children will be satisfied that they have strong back like their parents and failure are less experienced of during the very valuable youth time.
Therefore I think lake of knowledge of parents in communicating with children in today's complex world is the main reason.
I agree with you.although Iam A mother I always try to undrestant my children.unfortunatly some of parents dont want to undrestand their childeran.
