Moderate bouts of walking can substantially reduce the odds of heart disease ,cancer and other causes.Researchers believe that half the decline generally associated with ageing is due to inactivity .By exercising ,a person may retain as much as 80 percent of his physical abilities between the ages of 30 and 70.That is why many experts recommend physical exercise and walking.
